I felt very well looked after and reassured by the head physio before and after my operation. Facilities were good and catering excellent. Nurses sometimes took a bit longer to come to me and it took a little while to be discharged but I couldn’t fault anything with my experience.

I can't rate highly enough the quality of the care I received as a day patient at Mount Alvernia Hospital. The staff on the ward were quite exceptional, kind and thoughtful, though everyone I met from the moment I entered the building right up to the moment I was helped into my wife's car at the end of the day were incredibly kind and considerate. I could not have wished for a better experience.

I recently had a total hip replacement. My Consultant was clear and helpful. Scans and Pre-surgery requirements were swift and efficient. All staff at Mount Alvernia throughout the process were engaging, friendly and super helpful. I always felt heard and cared for. On St. Clare Ward, all the care staff kept me fully informed about what was happening and always checked that I understood and felt involved. 5 days after discharge I had a concern, which I phoned about. My concern was looked into and I was invited in for a check up within a few hours. Amazing care. I can't praise Circle enough. Thank you.

Luke was a great physio! He really helped with my shoulder and neck issues, giving me clear and helpful exercises and advice. He is very knowledgeable and professional - I would definitely recommend him!

I was booked in for a MRI-Ultrasound targeted biopsy yesterday as a day procedure under general anaesthetic. I cannot fault the quality of the treatment I received, with every step of the process very well delivered by lovely, friendly staff who made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Reception even managed to have a taxi ready at the door when I was ready to go home. Thank you.

I was recently a patient here for a couple of consultations, various Imaging, ongoing Physio, and an operation. Everything has been excellent all the way through.
The theatre, recovery & ward staff were all amazing, and actually made my surgery a pleasant experience rather than a scary one! Highly Recommended

It was great experience to have scan done for my wife. Specially Dr Lopez and Nish was amazing.
Both helped and made sure I get results on same day as promised so that we can get check with doctor before start of treatment.
Nish has spent time out of hours just to help us, which was amazing. Thank you

From arrival, the staff were superb. Friendly, approachable, open, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I was nervous about the procedures and I was listened to and my concerns were taken seriously. Everyone made me feel that I was important and that my feelings mattered. I cannot praise the staff enough.
