Ask my GP is nearly always closed due to high patient demand. I went to the surgery as I felt faint and wanted help, to be told by reception no appointments available. I said I felt unwell and felt faint. Reception told me to sit down. After 5 mins a nurse came and told me the GPS had no appointments and to phone someone to take me to A&E. I am disappointed with the lack of support and that no one checked my observations.

Terrible doctors surgery my partner may have a chest infection and all the say is it a virus infection hiw do u know of u have not seen him will definitely be charging my doctors

Amazing GP, I told them about some health issues I was experiencing on Friday evening, they called me Monday morning about it, I booked bloods for Friday that week and got them done on time and results came back 7 HOURS later!! Incredible!!!

I have to say in all honesty I haven't been able to complain in 10 years I have lived here. We have 7 children and have had various illness and complications in that time and always am taken seriously. Although the ask my gp is what let's the place and bo doubt many surgeries down now, it's great when it's up and running but if it's not usually around 8.30am you are stuffed really. That being said I make sure to get on there early and I've never had a dr or paramedic? not call me back. I do miss not seeing a gp as I do find them to be a bit more thorough but in comparison to other gps in the wider cambridgeshite area who are absolutely useless I don't feel I can complain about staple.

Absolutely hopeless trying to get an appointment - just told to use AskMyGP which is never available. Rude practice manager as well.

Very good medical practice. Only issues are when Ask My GP is closed, but this is quite minor. Compared to problems friends and family are experiencing with their practices in various other locations around the country, we are very lucky with Staploe.

All staff do an amazing job at Staploe, especially considering all the villages they cover aswell. I can honestly say, my family and myself have always been treated well . Thank you Staploe medical centre ?

Absolutely awful, I've never been with a GP that has such poor time management and communication skills. Noone there seems to have a clue what they're doing. We get it, everyone is busy, I'm busy at my job but the excuse of being busy wears thin when every single time you walk in they have a maximum of 3 patients.
