Had my first experience at the retreat rooms today and I was very impressed. Hannah took into consideration my allergies and was a ball of energy and knowledge making me feel very comfortable with my treatment. I had a facial and left feeling 100% happy with the outcome would highly recommend Hannah for your next facial or treatment

Hannah is just the best! I first went to Hannah for massages, and then started a course of LED light therapy to help with my skin breakouts, rosacea and allergies. She tailored every treatment to my skin and is so knowledgable and kind with helping me overcome my skin condition. I'm now using Image skincare products too, and my skin has changed dramatically. I feel so much more confident going out without makeup. I cannot thank Hannah enough for all the time she has given me with advice and treatments. I'm VERY excited to continue the upkeep of my skin with some facials in the coming months. She just knows exactly what to do when it comes to sensitive skin, so I'm very grateful I found her! Hannah from the Retreat Rooms is amazing. Her knowledge of skincare is second to none & she is genuinely interested in helping you get the best results. She will give honest advice & is extremely supportive aswell as flexible in her approach. She is by far the best massage therapist I have had in Berkhamsted & overall she is friendly, and enthusiastic and so obviously enjoys the work she does. If you are looking for skin care advice in particular I cannot recommend Hannah enough.

Every time I have visited The Retreat Room, Hannah has made me feel so welcome. Her positivity is infectious and never fails to brighten my day. The Retreat Rooms is such a fantastic place. You feel immediately relaxed because of the lovely environment and Hannah is such a wonderful, positive person, you end coming out of the treatment feeling brand new! Having a massage here on a regular basis has helped me with my running and as I'm knocking on the door of 50, hopefully it will enable me to keep on enjoying exercise. Thank you Hannah.
