I cannot praise the staff highly enough after my recent experience there as an outpatient.
I felt safe and cared for, with a little bit of humour, for the whole time I was there.
From reception, to the orderlies, to the nursing staff, anaesthetists, and surgeons....thank you for making an unpleasant experience more bearable.
Yes, it is routine for you, but not for us patients, and I heard you make every one on the ward feel cared for.

I did operation, nurse's are worst and rude, they were laughing and talking like the pub, surgery anthesian don't know how to do iv, she did three times,
In surgery, two nurses holding the leg, right side anthesian is playing with needle, one male nurse doing vitals all at the same time, no patience in any nurse, no communication, horrible experience.
They treated like animals.

Only they did vitals 100 times and nurse are chatting all the time.afyer reporting three times, still no one stop the laughing. Worst experience.

Food is horrible.

I recently attend Bentley for a Colonoscopy procedure and the whole process from arriving at reception to departure was very professional, any concerns I had were quickly resolved. This as the result of all parties involved in my procedure, the staff at Bentley Hospital Day Surgery unit are a credit to WA dept of health east metropolitan health service. Exemplary service. Thankyou 🙂

This mental health ward 7unit needs to be investigated and changes made regarding patient health and well being. The nurses and doctors are rude and disrespectful and leave decisions up to the patients with mental health issues if and when they want to leave and the treatment they want. These staff are what makes the mental health system in Perth dysfunctional.

I have just had a procedure at Bentley hospital. Tina and Marina both nurses were looking after me. I must say these two ladies are the nicest and kindest nurses I ever came across. They really looked after me well and were very thoughtful during my stay. Thank you so much

Do not send you family here to mental health ward 6

PLEASE SAVE US FROM THIS HORROR!

They lock people and don't give you any choices and take away your personal possessions. If you are hurt, they do not treat you.

Doctors thonk they are above everyone else and decide that you saying "no thankyou" in a calm tone is you "behaving in a threatening matter" and have you locked in a room.

Nurses laugh to one another at your suffering when they close your door

If you have family, do not send them here.

I was forced here under Mental Health Act because I refused to join the City East Serive

WA GOVERNMENT NEED TO CHANGE THESE PLACES! This is supposed to be treatment for mental health, not a prison

They don't even treat woulds unless you are bleeding heavily enough to need to clean the e floor
