I recently attended a mums retreat, for once putting us first and focused on reconnecting with ourselves and others. I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by Sophie and supported by the fellow mums in attendance.

The retreat was the perfect opportunity to step away from the chaos of everyday life and truly focus on my own well-being.
Some things I would normally struggle to ‘let go and get into’ like guided meditation were actually brilliant and not at all cringey- Sophie has a lovely, calm approach.

The hub is a warm, comfortable space, and I left feeling genuinely grateful for the connections that were had and more positive than I had been before. If you are thinking about it, you won’t regret it!

I attended a block of 4 baby massage courses with my 3 month old. It was such a lovely experience and so much more than a massage course. Sophie has created such a special and supportive environment to share challenges of motherhood with other mums without any competition or judgement. Fully recommend this to anyone considering it.

After doing hypnobirthing with Sophie, I was really keen to do her developmental baby massage course, and I'm SO glad I did! Not only did I my daughter and I love the massage but as the class was small (but perfectly formed!) it felt like a group of friends coming together in the most relaxed, comfortable, safe space. Sophie did an amazing job at teaching and facilitating trust so we all felt we could share openly and learn from each other. Now the 4 week course has finished I'll *really* miss it but the friendships I've made will continue. Thank you Sophie!

I just wanted to express my thanks for the incredible Mum’s Retreat evening. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, providing the perfect escape from everyday mum life. Sophie created such a welcoming and comfortable space, where everyone felt at ease to share their thoughts, emotions, and proud moments. Her guided breathing and relaxation session was exactly what we all needed—a truly calming and relaxing experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough! Just finished a 4 week baby massage course at a Mother World and so sad it’s finished!! Every week was like a much needed therapy session, in a warm and comfy environment, with a small group of other new mums. This was so much better than any other groups I’ve been to because of the intimacy of being in a small group, but also because of the supportive and laid back atmosphere created by Sophie. I could not have asked for more and have made some lovely friends through this, as well as learning some massage techniques to continue using with my little one. It’s like a mix of massage, tea, chatting, baby sensory and more :)Highly recommend!

I recently attended a Mum’s wellbeing evening at Sophie’s Mother World hub. Sophie’s hub is a warm and inviting space where we were each welcomed to share how we were feeling.

Sophie guided us through a relaxing mediation while we were lying on a yoga mat wrapped in cosy blankets. With her soothing voice and calming nature is was a much needed sanctuary for tired mums! Sophie is passionate about helping others and her kind nature shined throughout the session.

I would love to attend another of these sessions and highly recommend Sophie for any Mum looking for some time out to tune in to how they are feeling and take some time to relax. Thank you Sophie 🙂

Sophie's hub is such a special place. The developmental baby massage classes have given me time in the week to bond with my baby and learn together, in a safe and calm environment. It has been great to meet other mums and to share our experiences in a small group.
