After a reascent Motorcycle Accident I couldn't easily get to my old Osteopath and tried a local one, they work on the problem area directly for weeks and many injuries were not improving and on occasions made the problem worse.
I was recommended to Becky by lots of my Wife's Running Friends.
It was Definitely my Best Decision to try her, with 30yrs of injuries you know pretty well what they are going to do, how wrong was I.
Becky worked on areas well away from the injury and made an improvement to my problems straight away.

Over the past 18 months I've really struggled with reoccurring pain in my lower back and glute area. This really impacted my ability to train and race. At one point I even considered stopping altogether as I couldn't see a way through. Around 3 months ago I came to see Becky at sports clinical. After a couple of sessions, I was able to increase my training volume and intensity to where I was before. This resulted in a recent PB, running a 10km in under 40 minutes for the first time.
