From start to finish the experience was exceptional. The Circle team are so professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. All the nurses and support staff were so kind, understanding and supportive. My surgeon, Mr Andrade did an amazing knee replacement and had a great theatre team supporting him. A big shout out must go to my anesthetist, Dr Collie who helped me feel so calm with very clever humor as a distraction, he was also very informative and his confidence/skill in me waking up with no pain was spot on. Thank you again to all of the Circle Team for taking care of me.

Very well looked after, such nice staff, will do anything for you and very friendly.
Chris was brilliant from my arrival to me leaving. Food and drinks were very good quality.
Honestly the staff couldn’t do enough. Made the stay of being in hospital a good experience and made me feel at ease. Thank you, I felt very well looked after.

After confusion over the date of the operation my 2 night experience was excellent. I was given a lot of information/explanation about what to expect. I had great medical care and support during the hours and days after the operation. Stayed in spacious clean room with large wet room. All staff were attentive and worked toward my speedy recovery. I would highly recommend The Circle.

In Patient Ward
Excellent hospital. Doctor has been great and operation was very smooth and aftercare has been spot on. What an A* service from Ben and the whole team. They really look after, explaining how everything works, constantly checking to make you are OK and comfortable, especially after the operation. Nothing is too much trouble.
Food has been high quality.
Highly recommend if you need to have something done

My wife asked me to report (because she doesn’t have a google account) that the x-ray clinician Noel was very courteous, pleasant and gave clear instructions and put her at ease. The x-ray was done within minutes of her arrival despite being early for it.

I thought the care was generally very good and extremely professional but some of the nurses seemed very rushed. Especially when coming out of theatre back on the ward whilst still feeling very rough it would have been nice to hear a few kind words and a gentle touch to give reassurance.
I was generally very pleased with the overall care.
One point I need to mention though re hygiene measures and cleanliness, this might sound very critical but I need to mention that one of the nurses/ staff had a lot of mud on their boots and another one had a very runny nose ?.
Having said all that I am pleased I went to circle Hospital the theatre staff and of course the medical team were outstanding

As usual, looked after like a princess at The Circle Reading. Welcomed warmly at reception, nurses and staff are brilliant, lovely daycare pods, my surgeon is a master of his craft and from beginning to end I was looked after so well. As a Gluten Free person my food was delicious. Overall, I am so lucky to have been treated here and highly recommend it. The only photo I took is me just woken up after the op so not at my finest but still smiling!

The most heartfelt welcoming from everyone when setting my first foot into this hospital. I felt cared for from start to finish… especially by Noel in X-Ray who was considerate as I struggled to stand in positions to obtain good X-rays for consultation. I highly recommend this place.
