Reception staff are amazing and lovely, the nurses that do physical health checks are truly lovely, some of the care coordinators are lovely but not many, the senior dr well he doesn't care about hes patients or there well fair and just likes to drug them up and doesn't care that other medical professionals are saying different to him but hes right their wrong , and when you try to complain the manager is always in meetings and never rings back, I can fully understand why they of inadequate that is being generous with the review, can fully understand why sucides are so high, because they that can do something do nothing.

I have been under this service for roughly 3 years, after being transfered from a child service with the understanding that I need long terms psychological thearapy and support. In these three years, I have seen one psychologist for roughly 6 sessions, who did infact seem capable. However, being seen once every 8 months after being repeatedly told I would recieve weekly oppointments, finding it emensly difficult to contact my CPN in times of need, and what appears to be a complete disreguard for anything I actually has formed the following opinion. I honestly believe that if a person in crisis was reffered to this service, they would commit suicide. This is only baised on my experience obviously, and other people have had positive experiences. However, I believe this to the point where I have not removed myself from this service in fear of someone in crisis taking my place and receiving the same "care" that I have.

Absolutely no communication whatsoever. My brother went into a care home July 2020 was only told after a telephone meeting with staff from Bentley House that he was staying in the home in January this year. Been waiting since January for them to appoint someone to look after his finances and was told by person who had taken over his case that he knew nothing regarding my brother's case. My brother was receiving benefits up until February this year when they were stopped so he is not getting any money whatsoever now. The company never ring you back, they are permanently in meetings. Its disgusting. So much for help for people with mental health.

Whatever happens if you get someone called Ellen wheeler ask for a different person. She'll be all nice at first and then when she has you at her mercy the fun will start for her. She acted like she had a vendetta against me and she wasn't going to let up so I had to leave. She's extremely manipulative and calculating and shouldn't be trusted around anyone. They tell you to be open and honest and when you are they will view you with suspicion and this goes for the Consultant psychologist Dr Thomas too.

Brilliant service. The staff are probably one of the best in Bolton they support you in every way they can. Car parking is available but there's not loads but is in a secure lot in front of building.
