Great service. Always got an appointment when needed. No silly ‘ring at 8am’ for appointments on the day etc. caring staff, caring receptionists. Not been let down in 21 years of being a patient

I have always received amazing service from all the staff. It is really helpful being able to get advice from the knowledgeable reception team and is greatly appreciated. I’m quite hesitant to call the doctors unless necessary but always leave reassured and like a burden. Thank you to the whole team

I can't fault the surgery. I've had routine appointments and urgent appointments and have always been happy with the service.

I’ve had the best experiences with this surgery. More so recently. I’ve been going through the worst times in my life and my Dr (Metcalfe) has been so super supportive. I felt heard, valued, cared about. They stepped in when other services (counselling) failed me.

This surgery has been an absolute shambles recently (spring/summer 2021). Most of my family members, including myself, have experienced an issue of some description and these appear to relate to either poor communication between practice doctors and surgery administration or just downright incompetent staff. The surgery receptionists don’t appear to know what each other or the doctors are doing resulting in important patient communications either missing or misplaced or just denying knowledge of them. This has wasted both doctor and patient time on a number of occasions. I hope this surgery get their act together but until then it is not recommended practice. I must also add that the COVID arrangements have been a joke and the aged have pretty much been neglected expecting them to be smart phone savy and making them wait outside the surgery in the cold with no seating and no way of communication if running late. I directly complained about this when I discovered a old chap waiting outside for some time wondering what to do but I was ignored. Absolutely appalling irresponsible behaviour.

Disgusting service , constantly cancelling appointments, had a scan a month ago and still waiting to hear the results. Absolutely no consideration for the wellbeing of the patient.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Posner. Saw my baby within an hour after telephone triage. Skillfully assessed my son and prescribed antibiotics. Very efficient and personable nature.
