Great local ran company, very accommodating. Care manager and office staff very attentive and helpful. Regular friendly and compassionate carers. Definitely recommend we couldn’t have asked for a nicer more reliable care agency for my grans final day.

The carers are really lovely and kind but the organization seems dreadful, not turning up when contracted to do so, turning up whenever they like! We are paying for a service which is quite poor.

I have used maycare for over 10 years. The carers I have are all very good. If you have a personality clash or you are not happy with one they will replace th person.
Communication is the only downside
