I have a comfort care home a couple of houses anway from me and I have seen enough to not want my pet stay there. There is late night drinking, smoking all the time. Smoking weed walking down the street. When you require a manager in the evening there is no one there. If you make a complaint your told “it will be looked into” but never sorted. We have young children in the house and health issues. I know others must think neighbours dispute but theres evidence. Just be careful

We have carers for my grandad John and he has been cared well for. We want to also thank suresh kumar one of the carers as he has created a bond with grandad and lets us know any issues efficiently . Also we had an incidents where grandad needed emergency care due to a fall and other issues and he stepped in and sorted the issue despite my grandad at times being quiet difficult due to the dementia . Thank you for all your hard work.
