Excellent service from start to finish! Booking was a breeze thanks to the friendly and helpful office staff. The driver arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Great prices and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

A very prompt and efficient service. The man doing the job arrived within the stated timeslots - he was cheerful, polite and did a splendid and thorough job. (As he has done on previous occasions) He even replaced a circular paving slab that I had removed to allow access to the manhole cover - very many thanks!

Thank you ABS for delivering an excellent service above and beyond the norm. Our operator Steven Jones was so careful getting the tanker through a tricky access. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it certainly wasn’t the most straightforward of jobs. The booking service was quick and efficient too. Can’t recommend highly enough so thank you to all.

I was told the lorry would come between 8am and noon. I phoned at 12:30pm when it had not arrived as I had not been phoned to advise that there was a delay. I was then told it would come sometime in the afternoon and it in fact came at 1pm. The lorry was 1,000 gallons capacity, although I had specifically asked for a larger one when the visit was arranged, as the previous year the tank was only half-emptied before the 1,000-gallon lorry was full. I again phoned and it was then agreed the lorry would come a second time after emptying the first load, and I would only be charged for one visit by a 2000-gallon lorry. This was what was subsequently done, with no recompense for my wasted time. Not the best service!

What an amazing company = we under estimated how many toilets we needed due to having mainly women. Will not do that again. They came out within 2 hours to empty. Thanks you Rose and the driver.

An excellent service from ABS. They came on time and emptied my septic tank. Really nice and knowledgeable driver. Reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend.
