When looking for a Care Home for my Aunt we were unaware of Shire House and very dissapointed by other homes who wasted our time viewing rooms that weren't even available. From a personal recommendation we phoned Shire and viewed straight away. It's a lovely home and within days my Aunt was brought the 80miles from hospital to be close to family.
We couldn't have asked for a better home. My Aunt has had the best care we could have hoped for. The staff have made us all feel special and welcome. To overhear their conversations while caring for my Aunt showed us nothing is false about the caring staff.
