I had outstanding care from Nurse Inga today along with Mr Chetwood and his theatre team. The recovery team were fantastic along with Carol from catering. Nothing was too much to ask and everyone was caring and attentive. I was a nervous patient but I was very quickly reassured by the teams involved in my care. Clare Park has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and the rooms and outpatient areas are looking so much brighter and more modern.
Thank you to everyone involved in my care including reception and the porters.

Had knee surgery yesterday with Mr.Singleton who was fantastic throughout, kept me informed of whole procedure, both before and afterwards.
The whole experience from reception to discharge was amazing.
The staff and facilities are second to none.
Calm friendly atmosphere, nothing to much trouble, special thank you to Sarah on Redgrave ward for looking after me, but also to all who were involved.

I had my hernia op at Spire Farnham 2 months ago. From the initial consult there to the op and overnight stay, everything went so smoothly. Friendly and very attentive staff made me feel valued and cared-for. Well worth the private fee.

I went to this hospital for a breast reduction on 3rd may 2024. The staff were all lovely very reassuring, the room was very nice clean modern fresh and I had a lovely view from my window. the food was fresh and well presented the staff were attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I was under the care of Dr Adam toppings and they did an amazing job and I would totally recommend it

My mother attended the Dr Catherine's clinic 3 times. Each time we went the clinic staff were outstanding. Very polite and helpful and seemed very dedicated. I would also like to shout a big thank you to the cleaning team. The hospital is spotless, including the toilets'.

Reception staff - great!
Admission care - not so much.
The hospital is under staffed, I was moved to a room with no bin in it.
Food was great!
But I was in for 10 hrs with minimum information or care from the nursing staff pre-op. If anything I think a bit of empathy can help improve services.
The op recovery room staff were great, nothing more important than that!
And my final interaction with staff - Eric, he was great, he put my mind at ease and made sure I am in no pain. However, Eric appeared to be the only nurse on the ward around 10pm and I thought that was unfair to him and me as a patient who required a lot of attention post op and pre-discharge.
All in all - I appreciate the care!

Having recently been a patient at Clare Park Hospital, I wanted to share the experience I had with a particular nurse, Melissa, during my stay. She was highly intuitive and helped me make the right decisions for me, and looked after me every step of the way. Basically I'm very grateful for her help and experience and I felt very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a nicer nurse.

rooms have been updated which is nice, food was better than the last time i was there. parking still terrible. anaesthetist was 3 hrs late! staff were nice (nurses admin staff)
