Doctors 5 stars. You cannot fault Dr's Longley and Rees, ( I haven't seen any of the others) they are amazing, it's a shame you have to get past rottweilers on reception to speak to them.
Reception and management I wouldn't give 1 star.Receptionist rude and unhelpful.
Emailed surgery twice to complain with no response from them. Even emailed practice manager with no response.
Very dissapointed. Perhaps the staff should go on a course of how to speak to patients, not how to act like vicky Pollard

Rude reception staff, determined not to be helpful. I have come to dread dealing with reception and dispensary staff. A couple of amazing doctors but several weeks to see them. Younger doctors have been worse than useless with misdiagnosis. No phone signal in surgery has also caused me issues.

Amazing doctors surgery with doctors who genuinely care. Dr Reece is fantastic, can’t thank him enough for his determination to make sure I had the appropriate care. Friendly reception team who are easy to get hold of and quick appointments.

The doctors are great at the surgery and do their job well but the pharmacy side not very good always messing up with the medication and have noticed it has gotten worse unfortunately it's getting to the point where I can no longer trust the pharmacy at my surgery

This is by far the best surgery and rural pharmacy in Dorset. The whole staff and doctors do their very best to look after us. I count myself lucky they are our local GP.
