I hear he's selling. I feel sorry for the new owner as Raff is leaving the business with a bad reputation. Poor customer service, work not being carried out properly, using people's cars to jolly about in picking up parts etc (dash cam evidence plus others saying the same) I wish him well in his new adventure, hopefully it works out better for him.

Had my car in for a full service and MOT.
They had it for 6 day. I had friends say they saw the car driving around recklessly during the time they had it.
Got the car back to find they havent changed the air and fuel filters. Spark plugs not changed either. Charged me £700

Had my MOT recently best place to have your MOT done. They won't let you down in terms of their availability, service and repairs.
I was going through so many mot centre's none of them were available but as soon i went down there he put me through his bookings and the wait was like an hour for the MOT to be done. Others would be like drop your car and will call you later once it is done.
My MOT didn’t passed as few repairs were needed to be done. He quoted and ordered the parts for me without breaking my bank and really impressed with the service that i have received for my car.
Would recommend anyone who wants your car to be look after well and the quickest service you could get in the town.

Incredibly friendly and helpful for my MOT. One of the team even helped me out of the garage (the visibility was blocked) without even having to ask - he just saw me in need and stepped in.
