It doesn't matter who you talk to everyone is so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The ladies on reception are the best and always so friendly and then there is Dr Pyle, she honestly is the best doctor i have had and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients.
Getting seen is really easy and if it's something urgent I have been offered an appointment that day.
Charlton Hill is the best doctors surgery in Andover and all of my family use them and I wouldn't want to use another local doctor's surgery. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

typical example of how rubbish and what a waste of tax payers money goes too. simple eczema flare up need to go in and see a doctor and waste the doctors time . lady on reception was helpful and told me that id need to re register elsewhere as moved away

I’ve been with Charlton Hill surgery since I moved to Andover, decades ago (33years) I have always found them so helpful and approachable. I find I can get advice, appointments and treatment for my medical problems within a short time, of not same day. I feel the people working there from the wonderful an supportive ladies at reception, the nurses and any of the doctors I’ve seen have been extremely attentive and give a humane quality to our interactions. If I have no luck with the online booking, re ordering patients inform, I know the ladies on reception will assist me or help me find the correct process to get the treatment I need. Wonderful surgery from start to end. Thank you

I have always found Charlton Hill Surgery very helpful when you are in time of need. In 2022 I suffered from a very long and serious illness which went on for approximately eight months. If you have a genuine emergency they will always fit you in on the day you call, the staff on reception are often helpful and empathetic.
My GP is also excellent and thorough and I appreciate everything they have done for me over the past year of need.

I moved here 8 months ago and Charlton Hill Surgery is night and day from my last GP. They are so responsive and it's easy to get an appointment. They've been so thorough, reviewing all my meds and completely controlling my asthma. I didn't think medical care like this was possible since covid, but they've excelled in every department.
