Walked into the club nearly five years ago and I was welcomed with open arms. In that time I have watched it grow and grow into a really unique place to train, I couldn’t ask for better coaches and training partners. Would recommend for anyone who wants great mentors and friends to begin or develop their martial arts journey.

Great club with an amazing atmosphere. All the coaches are full of knowledge and have years of experience in martial arts. The members are friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home when I started.

Great bunch of people, everyone's very very helpful and friendly. You get to have not one, two, but three different instructors, who have their own styles of teaching, I think that's brilliant. If you're a female and not sure if it's for you, I can tell you now, it is! I've been in the club for several months now and it's now definitely my favourite thing to do. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt, you'll be taught various techniques, but all the submissions are nice and slow whilst you're training, it's a great exercise for you and amazing self defence martial art.

My girlfriend and I have been training with Mark, Tony and Jim here for a few months, having started as complete novices, we were welcomed with open arms into the family. This is a very welcoming club that caters for all skill levels from absolute novice upwards, can't recommend enough!

Couldn't praise the club more highly. The coaches have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share whilst the members are friendly and welcoming. Anyone interested in starting or continuing their martial arts journey look no further.

Amazing martial arts school specialising in BJJ, I’ve been going to fighting for for many months and have felt that I’ve been improving constantly.

The only issue is that I don’t get to go enough! Everyone is helpful and it’s always a great atmosphere

A fantastic friendly place that has males and females all shapes and sizes from all walks of life. If you are nervous about being the new guy, don’t be as you will be very well looked after.
