I've been working with Chris on a weekly basis for over 3 months now, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've worked with other PTs before but didn't feel I got good value from the sessions, beyond what I could do myself in the gym / after some internet research.

However it is no exaggeration to say that it has genuinely been life-changing working with Chris!

He is incredibly knowledgeable about not only the human body and anatomy, but also about psychological motivation. He listens to me at every turn and develops our gym programme together accordingly. Specifically, from the first session, he incorporated exercises and advice to support my 'desk job' lifestyle, which included helping with sciatica, hip mobility/strength, posture, and back strength, as well as my strength, fitness and aesthetic goals.

Chris takes an holistic approach to personal training and fitness, and will often advise me on sleep, diet, stress, and my homeworking set-up as well.

Overall, I'm significantly fitter, stronger, more toned and more motivated than 3 months ago. I'm so happy to have found Chris and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, no matter what your goals might be!
