Janie is the most incredible practitioner. Very relatable, relaxed & easy to talk to. Her reiki sessions keep me balanced & have had a huge & very positive impact on my life.

I recently attended L3 Reiki training with Janie, also my teacher for L1 and L2.
Janie is warm, welcoming, and creates a safe space for learning. This enabled me to have positive experiences where I felt heard and comfortable to share.
I have enjoyed each course, learnt so much, connected with like minded people, and felt each stage has enhanced my practice further.

I have also received a Reiki Treatment from Janie and plan on more in the future. I felt amazing afterwards, more relaxed and centered.

When I first came in to see Janie I was feeling overwhelmed, anxious and a bit lost in life. I found it hard to pinpoint the problem.
Janie gently helped me to work through my cluttered brain and the difference has been immediate and incredibly powerful. After only 2 hours with her I feel as though the cloud has been lifted. She also showed me how I can use self-havening techniques on myself, which have been very effective.

What can I say other than Janie really is incredible at what she does. An utter god send to me during a turbulent time of navigating through a divorce and deciding my next steps in life.
I regularly have reiki with Janie which I find helps me feel calm and able to cope with life’s struggles. However, I also have tried Havening which helped me enormously with previous feelings Ive carried with me from childhood. These thoughts have now gone, as though they never even existed. I am speechless and yet eternally grateful.
