Having trained in Kung Fu before I wasn't sure what to expect joining a new style.

My worries were immediately put to rest though by Sifu Lee's friendly attitude and welcoming environment.

As my training has progressed the experience and knowledge Sifu has is absolutely astounding.

You truly feel like you are guided by one of the greatest masters of our time.

For anyone who is curious about Kung Fu I highly suggest trying a lesson with Sifu Lee

I have studied with Sifu Lee for just under a year, and my experience of both private sessions and group classes has been brilliant so far. Lee is passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in a vast range of styles and their respective histories and fighting/self-defence applications. His students are equally passionate as well as being inquisitive, dedicated and welcoming. I'd happily recommend private or group kung fu sessions at Spectrum to anyone with even a passing interest in martial arts.
