My partner and I have used the services of Rob & Fru Grace, now of Encompass, for many years. We are so grateful for their support and guidance. I have over the years used their MBST treatment which has virtually cured my back pain (with ongoing support) and my partner was cured of excessive back pain till he recently had an accident and damaged his neck. Rob and his team (including Hannah in massage) are managing this now with him and the issue is improving week on week. Rob is so busy but trust me, it is worth the little wait - his treatment process is excellent and the friendly and caring approach really makes encompass a cut above the rest especially the corporates in town!

My monthly sessions with Rob Grace mean I'm still running at 76, he's a miracle-man. But he's now been joined by Hannah Jones. Her extraordinary sports massage skills are loosening muscles that allow me to stand much straighter. I recommend them both, they are brilliant.

I can not recommend Rob Grace of Encompass Health highly enough.

After years of back pain, different treatments with several different clinics and chiropractors, I met Rob by chance and he instantly observed an issue, had me in for treatment and solved what no one else seemed able to!

Several years on and I still see Rob regularly for 'maintenance' or whenever I've over done it!

Not only is he supremely skilled and knowledgeable, it's always an absolute pleasure to see him and catch up.

I've recommended to several friends and family and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having injured my glutes, and apparently sacroiliac, and after trying over the counter pain relief in tablets and gel, as well as massage and acupuncture over a period of almost 6 months, with no joy, I went to see Alex at Encompass Health. He was confident he could fix it and now, just 6 weeks later, I am able to get back to some jogging with no pain. I can thoroughly recommend them and will not hesitate in using them again myself should the need arise. Thank you Alex.
