I came to the hospital in an absolute state of despair and inner suffering, along with my physical symptoms.

I have been so well looked after and has helped to restore my faith in humanity.

The staff here really truly care, it is clear. These professionals are so caring and patient and I’m in absolute awe of them. All of them.

They are wonderful and I feel so lucky to have received this level of care and attention. They really are some special humans.

Just want to stay thanks so much

My daughter Sophie was admitted as an inpatient to the Children’s Ward this week for 5 days with various respiratory infections and tonsillitis. All of the nurses, drs and staff were fantastic when caring for Sophie. In particular id like to thank the following people:
Chloe, Helen, Dr Roy, Tom, Lucy, Lisa and Nicola!
You all made us feel very safe and taken care of during a very scary time. We cannot thank you enough. ♥️♥️

The Horton Banbury has been our A&E for over 15 years mainly for children’s broken bones, injuries etc! We were there on Sunday evening for my daughter’s fractured toe - all the staff, from the receptionist to the Nurse in Charge to the xray guy to Dr Joe and the funny Italian guy in the children’s room - they were all simply amazing. They looked after my daughter with such kindness and care - they explained everything to her. She needed gas and air to relocate her toe and they had such grace and fun that they put her at ease and did the most fantastic professional job. Just thank you to everyone - all done in 2 hours. What a super team.

Unfortunately had to attend A&E recently with a broken ankle and the care I received was very good. All of the staff were friendly and caring even though they are obviously very busy. Such a shame there is not more investment in the Horton it would be so valuable for Banbury and surrounding areas.
Many thanks to Mr Gilham and the team in A&E and F ward

You really cant knock this place. The range of facilities are great for a site this size, the staff are brilliant and well organised.
The only downside is that staff at JR and the Churchill don't always understand why we would rather go here than have to battle trough to their sites..

Absolutely worst medical service I’ve ever experienced
Starting from a rude receptionist in the main ward and the outpatient one (Ms Cross this is about you), to the dr (dr Joe) who took me to the A&E room.
I understand they are busy, but they don’t need to be harsh. People coming to the hospital with pain and don’t need extra stress!
I think the hospital should think about a training for the staff, before their start their job how to treat other people!!!

I live in Bicester and I was referred to urgent care centre at Horton and the doctor immediately referred my son to the ER as his asthma flared up significantly. The doctors and and nurses at this hospital were amazing. The immediacy and great care they took was outstanding from start to finish. To all the nurses and doctors in the ER and Paediatric Ward who looked after my son on 09/10/24, a massive thank you. You are doing an amazing job!
