Kind and helpful receptionist. Appointment easily fixed - by a visiting foreigner, me (student), without NHS registration etc. All smooth. As was the medical procedure. Swift, friendly, on time, and free of costs (!). No questions asked, no frowns. Wonderful. Not sure this would be matched in many other countries….

Receptionist have always been polite and taken their time to listen and have always given me quick appointments for both me and my children when required. Nurses and doctors have always listen and helped especially with necessary referrals when required .I have been with the doctors surgery just over a year and I can not recommend them enough compared to my last surgery they go above and beyond.

I’m very pleased with the practice. I was able to register as a temporary patient in emergency need due to my bladder infection. Within of a day I’ve been registered and had phone consultation with Dr Walker. She was extremely helpful and discussed the treatment with me. I should leave my urine sample on the reception. The doctor called me late afternoon, I guess after her shift, confirming that I do suffer of an infection. She send a medication prescription to a chemist. I could get help without taking a day or two off of my work.
The reception team is also exceptional kind, very helpful and skilled.

The place itself is good, but phone call appointments are a waste of time, especially if the doctors try to call for as little as possible in order to make you miss your appointment and get to the next patients faster - as they have fallen behind schedule.

Never in my entire life came across less interested GPs. As a future healthcare professional, it is extremely sad and shocking to see such lack of holistic approach and carelessness. On the other hand, nurses seemed professional and great at their job. Therefore, after being registered with them for two years choosing to register with a different practice.

Great GP practice! Every doctor, nurse, and phlebotomist I have seen has been kind, has listened, and has taken me seriously. It is easy to get an appointment. I was also impressed with their COVID-19 vaccination clinics.

Never have real problem with Jericho GP. Always helpful doctors, receptionists and nurses, especially when I take in consideration that they are humans. ?
