I have had multiple consultations with clinical pharmacist, Mr Haseeb Khan, during my time as a patient at the Nuffield Health Practice, and I cannot praise him highly enough.

Mr Khan brings a wealth of knowledge to his position, and I have been so impressed with his holistic approach to prescribing. Not only does he possess an in-depth understanding of modern pharmacological research, but he also takes the time to consider my complete medical history in order to offer the most effective solution.

Additionally, in a time where medical appointments are tightly scheduled, Mr Khan has always attentively listened to all of the concerns I have raised, never once making me feel rushed or like I had wasted his time – a true credit to the Nuffield!

I have nothing but praise for the clinical pharmacist. He is the first person since I was diagnosed with early menopause to apply logic and reasoning and explain his thinking with regards to a change to my medication. I feel like a brand new person and I cannot thank him enough.

Had a telephone appointment with the clinical pharmacist Mr Khan.... about recent change in medication .... he was excellent, understanding, reassuring... Great advice and a very positive outcome ... very pleased! He was more than happy for me to contact him again should I need further assistance in any way.

It’s very important to keep in touch with our medication, particularly when we begin a new course of treatment so I was very pleased when the practice pharmacist, Haseeb Khan, contacted me to monitor the efficacy of my prescription. Whilst the benefit of the treatment achieved the required result there were painful side effects. After discussing these negative outcomes, Haseeb adjusted the dosages and successfully effected a beneficial result whilst eradicating the side effects.

Good experience. Did an E Consult and had a quick response. I had an X Ray at Witney Hospital and received a response from the surgery immediately they received the result. Had to wait 3 weeks for a face to face appointment but then action was taken immediately and I was very pleased at the outcome.

Great experience as always. Dr Soucup extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my condition. A few things all sorted in one visit, plus a telephone consultation with the nurse set up for later the same day. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you ?
