Dr Mahdee ELAHI,

I have had a great experience with this doctor, who has been very professional. Dr Mahdee Elahi dealt with my condition very quickly and thoroughly by sending me to hospital straight away where I had various Xrays and scans. He also gave me medication to relieve my problems. He called to check up on me and 2 weeks later feeling a lot better.

A good professional doctor who I would recommend.

Female dr subhani is best doctor i have been seen so far.she is so professional,she listen patient patiently,and then even advice to make further appointments,and deal case as if she is in patient's situation, not like other doctors who says as you enter, they will check only one thing you said when booking, no advice nothing.when i make i appointment i say book me with dr subhani,she is angel in disguise , may she be happy n blessed forever.

Had an appointment with Dr Haque, what an amazing GP, so understanding and more than helpful. Would highly recommend. The young gentleman at reception was lovely and very professional so far all I can add is good review. The staff were all very polite and friendly despite being under immense shortages of staff

Wanted to get a vaccination for travelling abroad. First I need to complete a form then it would take 6 weeks to be seen or get an appointment. They have 2 medical centres (Chadwell Heath & Romford) but yet they still don’t have the capacity to assist patients. Without even checking the appointment books they said we can’t do it it’s short notice when I have 3 weeks before I fly out. When asked about the process both admins gave different answers. To which one change her answer because she was caught blatantly lying. The nurses should be making that decision not the admins! They have no medical training and knowledge! My father called his GP (Chadwell Heath Surgery) on that same day and was able to get an appointment straight away with no forms beforehand. Every year the service and attitude gets worse! I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down! Better off and good riddance! Definitely will be changing my GP!

If I could give minus 100 stars for this so called Dr surgery I would. I have a chronic illness which can be at times extremely painful. I called the surgery, only to be told that I could either ring at 8am in the morning, impossible to get through, or have a Dr telephone appointment 28 April 23, I called 3 April 23. I went online to try book an appointment, still waiting. This surgery is not fit for purpose. Where do people like me turn, when they need to see a Dr

I would rate 0 if i could. Do not join this surgery if you have ANY other options. This company took over my previous GP and I basically don’t have a GP anymore. If I listed all my reasons, this review would read as a rant. Its not. Just a warning to stay away.

I called today to book an appointment and told the reception it is pregnancy related. The message, when you call, from Dr Burek gives you an indication you can book an appointment over the phone and you can give some reasons for that appointment once you speak to reception. The lady showed no interest whatsoever and straightaway said you have to call on the day at 8am to book an appointment. I told the lady I didn't need an appointment today but if she ould check if I could have one arranged during the week, she repeated same thing. Call at 8 in the morning to be booked to see a doctor. Very disappointing and I am now very worried as I'm in the beginning phase of my pregnancy. I am not sure how my appointments will be managed going forward and it is very concerning in every aspect. I just feel so let down in a time I should avoid stress and i should be reassured the baby and I will be looked after. Instead I'm left with uncertainty and doubts.
