It's a very lovely surgery, starting from the receptionist to the doctor on the duty (Dr chowdhury) who gave the best treatment. I have never seen a very nice warmly, empathetic, kind, friendly doctor in my life.despite his busy schedule,he was so calm and collected to talk me through my pain.
Thank you doctor, you are the best! Keep making tulasi medical centre great ?

UNTRAINED AND INCOMPASSIONATE RECEPTIONIST! CARELESS MEDICAL CENTRE! Not compassionate at all! After queuing outside for 45 mins in the cold weather being severely ill. Even before the GP opened, trying desperately secure an apartment. They tell you they can’t give you an appointment with an arrogant smirk on their face. I thought these people are supposed to be compassionate professionals. Feeling hopeless I called 111, they told me to go the emergency department as soon a possible with someone accompanied. However, earlier when I went to the GP explaining the same symptoms to the receptionist for an appointment, all I’ve been told by the receptionist that they are unable to give me an appointment because they are full. No option or instructions were given to me. She did not understand how severe my symptoms were. This is very dangerous, people with severe symptoms like this can possibly die from untrained and ignorant receptionists like this. I wish I got her name but to describe light brown skinned girl with black curly hair, respectfully little bit on the heavier side. Possibly mixed race.

It’s scary how in-compassionate Tulasi Medication centre has became! They have no moral and respect for their patients! It seems like they want to keep as many as patients they can in their books for money! Not actually caring for these innocent patients. I am truly disappointed by Tulasi medical centre!!! MY REQUEST TO THE NHS, PLEASE CHECK WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS GP!!!

One of the worst if not in london but east london.
The receptionist sounds as careless as someone possibly could be
Honest advice don’t register to this surgery if you care about your self respect and your wellbeing.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Tulasi Medical Practice. Appointments are almost impossible to book, and the waiting times are far too long and after waiting for an hour your call wont be answered. The administrative staff are unhelpful and often rude, making the entire process even more stressful. It feels like patient care isn't a priority here. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone seeking timely or compassionate healthcare.

Worst GP ever!!! It should be checked by the NHS!!! I was in the medical centre to get an appointment at 8:15 am and I’ve been told they’re fully booked. When they open the GP at 8 am. So in 15 minutes all appointments gone How is this acceptable I’ve been told to call the next morning. I called exactly at 8 am sharp and I was put in the queue number 50. After waiting for an hour in the queue I’ve been told they’re fully booked again. How are people supposed to get medical help? I it’s frustrating to go through all this time wasting nonsense on top of being sick. I am very disappointed in Tulasi medical centre.

We were having a difficult time after my dad. The life assurance company were asking for medical information and causing distress. The Practice Secretary was very kind, kept me updated and also quickly and efficiently dealt with all of the enquiries. She made life much easier.

Today I had an appointment at Tulasi Medical centre for an ECG and I realised my appointment was with a Healthcare assistant Ela who has been such a Blessing to my life. Due to Covid restrictions and period my health went down the hill working from home being distressed of gaining weight and losing hope.
I still remember I met Ela last year Jan 2023 when she took time to listen to me, I think I was due to B12 injections at that time and I shared personally my distress of gaining weight etc and losing confidence
Listening patiently to me she took initiative and time to refer me to 12 Weeks Health scheme where I was introduced to local gym mentor and coach and since last year my life has changed so much, even though my weight didn't had a lot of impact but I truly appreciate as this course and mindset changed my way of thinking and i started enjoying being physically fit.i was unable to leave home due to low self esteem and confidence and with little steps and direction by Ela it made a great difference in my life
When I saw her today all memories refreshed and I felt I must take time to share good that has happened to me. In addition to Ela, I admire Sophie and and Maggie who are so amazing, down to earth people who take time to listen.

People like Ela and above mentioned names it does make a difference to the service overall.

I really owed 5 star review for Tulasi Medical practice as they do try their best however due to increased population and number of patients its understandable sometimes the service can like down the Hill.
Well done Ela and Thank you for your support

Absolutely disgusting service, how on earth can a practice run effectively with over 20k patients on their books !?
From negligent advice to Dr's not even bothering to phone you after fighting to actually get an appointment in the first place. When I finally do see someone I don't expect to be told that the solution to my problems is about the soul and being with the universe!?!?!?!

I advise anyone with a complaint to contact the Quality Care Commission. They already placed Tulasi on an urgent six month review but to be honest, it hasn't changed anything.
Without sounding dramatic the longer I am under their 'care' the less safe my life feels!! It really is that bad.
