I have really had it with this place. I have tried to be patient and considerate even after seeing how unfairly people are treated here. I have been trying to get an appointment, I have been there face to face from half 7 in the morning and I live 25mins away, and still I can't get an appointment even after queueing. As a working individual, to see staff treating others like this, not just for appointments, generally they are lazy at certain times or just not polite but then blame others for reacting, which doesn't make sense. I have also called many times from 8am (as they say) and they keep their line busy for a half hour then leave nothing for those who NEED an appointment. Not to even mention, I have been to 111 and out of hours GP on two separate days but I need a face to face referral from my GP and still they don't understand and keep very limited appointments. Other places tell me to go to my GP but my GP is not there for me. I am having to change GP, I would not recommend this place, as a person who doesn't usually complain about things like this and I have really tried to be polite with them, understanding their situation but this is people's lives we are talking about here and for this to be consistent, this is out of line. Same has happened with my family members and I can't begin to explain the struggles they've faced. Plus some of the times that I have been, the place is empty or very minimal appointments with long waiting times. Please be mindful of others, Grove Surgery, and expand your appointment schedules to those who are in serious conditions and are struggling, whether it's face to face or through the phone. I'm sure you wouldn't want this type of treatment to you or your close ones.

If there were zero star option , I would have given zero star. Yesterday I had appointment, I waited for 3 hours. There was a lady who talked to receptionist in Punjabi and she let her go to see doctor although it was not her turn. All the patients were waiting for their turn. What is the logic of someone talks in punjabi they do them favor ? Isn't this racism ? All patients should be treated equally regardless of their race.
Please check patients on the appointed time , don't make patients wait for hours for their turn.

You cannot book an appointment in advance but only on the day at 8am. You can either call or queue outside; which is not very helpful to a working person.
I managed to get a phone call appointment, but they never bothered ringing. On the top of that they lost my sample, so I never got my results. Doc. Moghul sounds helpful, but the surgery is poorly managed.

It doesn’t give appointments on time. It’s my second time today they kept my 8 months daughter waiting for more than 2 and half hours from my appointment time. Again last month my appointment was at 1 pm but they called me for tele consultation at 10 pm at night. So horrible service they provide.

I’m curently on the phone for almost an hour, which should have been a 19 minutes wait, approximately. I’ve been the first in the queue for the past 20 mins. Not to mention I was second in line and then all of a sudden third again.

Ps. Someone just answered my call and I promise you the conversation was less than 20 seconds. Despicable customer service.

Do not even bother with this place. They play with peoples lives. All the receptionists need to go, they act like they have a medical degree and are in the best position to tell you if you need to see a doctor or not. If you want long life, stay away!

Over 1 hour of waiting to be connected on telephone, with me being number 1 in the queue for over 20 minutes but no one picks up. Tried messaging through NHS app, tried calling both useless.

EDIT: Called back, 25 min in the queue only to be picked up and then closed instantly. Called back immediately and practice is now closed despite it being 2 hours earlier than the time it says online.

It has taken almost a year for this practice to transfer me to where I relocated. ( 2008-2009)The service was appalling, Dr ordered that I needed a pap smear that day, and the practice nurse refused to do it and insisted on giving me the appointment whilst the surgery was empty.
