Drove to Castle Cary from Taunton for an emergency appointment. My own dentist couldn't see me for over a week! Maria is an amazing human being and extracted my rotten wisdom tooth that I was waiting for a hospital appointment for. I was in excruciating pain and expected another temporary filling like my own dentist had done last December but Maria actually took it out for me. I have to say... very quickly. My own dentist had refused and referred me to the hospital. If this practice was taking on NHS patients I'd register in a heartbeat. Worth every mile of the 1 and a quarter hours it took me to get there. If you're offered this practice honestly... don't hesitate. Probably THE BEST dentist I've ever been to. Reception staff also brilliant. Let me know when you're taking on new NHS patients ?

Amazing! Got me in same day for an emergency appointment. Can’t thank maria and her assistant enough, understood I was nervous and took extra time to reassure me and talk through everything. Ended up having to have my tooth removed but didn’t feel any pain and that’s coming from someone with a huge fear of the dentist. 100% would recommend Bramcote dentists and recommend Maria for nervous patients.

Hi I went there yesterday to get a tooth out was decayed not wobbly. I was screaming and crying out i was held down with hardly any local anesthetic she rushed me through I had tooth out before and never experienced such pain. I felt tortured and she couldn't even get my tooth in the end. I am devastated and in complete pain. Still need a dentist but so scared to go after the experience I had yesterday 111 calls are highly likely going to go wrong at this dentist

New patient to this surgery and the care I received was exemplary. Cracked a filling 10 days before Christmas and I was assessed and seen within a week of phoning. Mirela informed me every step of the way what was going to happen and what to expect pain wise after my treatment (luckily for me no pain or problems followed) .
It was a warm and friendly experience from the time I walked into the waiting room.

With this practice over 10 years. Always able to see my dentist ( amazing one). Me and my son had the best care NHS dentist can offer. Always kind , patient and caring. We have our regular checks and anytime we needed treatment we have had no problem getting appointments. I highly recommend this practice to friends, family and my clients.

Needs some kind of online booking service as receptionists are clearly too busy and it's almost impossible to get through by phone. Have tried over and over again and only ever get a mailbox or an engaged tone.

It seems that anyone who has been referred by 111 gets seen by Maria. I found her very rude & impatient - I'd even called the surgery to inform them I was very nervous & was a little scared. She couldn't wait to get me out of there & I had to ask her to have some patience for the anesthestic to kick in because as soon as she'd injected me, she began what could only be described as torture.

I've now got a real dentist appointment on Monday, but my heart goes out to you if you ever need to have work done by Maria.

My husband went for an emergency appointment today. He saw a dentist named Maria. She was uncaring, rude and my husband felt he was being rushed throughout the whole appointment. He went in with tooth ache and after she drained an infection, my husband is now in so much pain and a massive swollen face. We might have to go to hospital. I've been a dental nurse for 25 yes and I can't believe this things still happen in dentistry. We shall be reporting this to the GDC and PALS.
