Overall my experience with Millbrook Surgery has been better than all other GP surgeries I’ve had. Always get back promptly to enquirers and the admin staff are actually nice and do what you need done!

Wouldn't recommend this surgery.
Got told i was allowed to bring an outside person to take my bloods.. got to my appointment to then be told no chance is that happening even after I informed the nurse I've been allowed to do this before at the same surgery. To be met with very rude attitude.

I would never recommend this drs surgery uncaring unprofessional judgemental gps tell you that your making up thats your ill and its mental health related gone down hill since dr scull retired drs fobbing you off to the health coaches who are also judgemental your locum drs listen dont judge or make you feel uncomfortable refusing to do referrals when you no your body better than your gp what a joke

Doctors are amazing however the admin side of the business are very poor. Been with them for 3 years and have great service and support from the medical team but admin team have really let them down
