When I first registered with the practice it was good. They now seem to be completely overwhelmed. Ordered an ongoing prescription a week ago and still not authorised.
My eldest daughter has twice been given an appointment date, turned up at the surgery to find that the doctor was unaware/not up to date with her circumstances and completely confused by the whole situation.
Also, I’m not very impressed by the Senior GP Partner.

In the past few months, I have had occasion to contact the surgery on several occasions regarding my very elderly, housebound mother.
I have dealt with at least 4 different doctors and also more recently with a District Nurse/?Paramedic and each of them has been extremely quick to respond, as well as helpful, compassionate and proactive.
I can't thank them enough for all their support, especially during these particularly challenging times.

We have been with this practice for nearly 10 years now. I have found all the reception staff helpful, friendly and professional. The doctors are also caring and supportive. All the medical practitioners are also excellent. A massive thank you to you all for caring for my family. ♥️?♥️

Awful surgery reception staff are rude, come across uninterested and stuck up they should learn how to talk to people especially as they are not the medical profession. As for doctors pick one , who do you want to see I've never seen the same doctor. Very unprofessional would prefer to see city doctors as better service, better results better staff. Wow the receptionist can't even repeat back what you say to then, than because they weren't listening your the one that's being rude. O and hung up typical of these awful surgery they are also very racist I will be changing my surgery ?

I'm afraid I must agree with a lot of the reviews on here relating to the receptions staffs attitudes. Who do they think they are? ?
They are permanently miserable. They talk down to people as if they are superior to their peers, and, most importantly, one always gets the impression that if they could prevent you from contacting them for support, they would! Note to Staff Members: Stop being so bloody miserable towards patients, because you may also need the advice of a Doctor one day. Further, If you went for a future job interview with that same attitude you would be shown the door. #Unemployed
