I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Yates who was incredibly thorough and got me the treatment I urgently needed. She is incredibly professional and supportive. My life was certainly in danger with a severely low potassium caused by infection. I was treated at hospital and am recovering slowly at home now. Thankyou.

Always really helpful, especially the reception desk. I had an issue with prescription and being 6 hours away from home - no problem. Everything fixed within 15min

I have always received excellent service from this practice and the receptionists are kind and sympathetic when I phone. During my recent illness Dr. Bull has been outstanding in the care I have received and my rapid referral to Treliske means that I am now on the road to recovery and feel so much better both mentally and physically. In my opinion Dr. Bull is a credit to this practice

Doctor Yates is a very good doctor , my 15 year old was very poorly for a while my own doctor didn’t do nothing about it and doctor yates took over his care and got him the treatment he needed and we found out he had kidney problems , she saved his life , she’s amazing with my daughter to and

Went in today after years of being unwell, I've been treated like I'm just scum , noone has touched my hips in 7 doctors when one sticks out an inch further from the other and it bloody hurts, I'm losing blood in my urine , this is the 2nd time doctor wanted me in urgent so I went, couldn't take blood from me and I'm in pain from that and I had to leave to go look after my boy after 25 minutes waiting. My mum drove from st Austell to bring me yet I'm that urgent noone sees me ? Another year of pain and not walking with my son because I can't. Lots to tell my doctor but there's no such thing as a family doctor anymore if there was they'd know I'm ill already without this, DWP inland rev all say I'm a danger to myself and others because of my epilepsy and getting angry before a seizure but it's controllable with help , amount of stress lately from these I might choose a doctor and they have to pay were I choose if I don't think my doctor isn't invested in my best interests which I don't think any of them are tbh, we're just money and numbers to them

The receptionist basically said its not her job to book an appointment with a doctor for a person calling up which is mind blowing. Instead sends me a link for an online service which before even sending to me I said wouldn't work and but sent it regardless. She was no help whatsoever. Very poor service

Just moved to Truro for my new job. Leaving behind my old surgery wasn't easy as they were pretty awesome themselves and the thoughts of switching was pretty anxiety-inducing. However, I've already had to speak to and see Dr Bull a couple of times; he is excellent, considerate, and really wants to help out with my somewhat complicated pickle of chronic illnesses, even taking the time to read my specialist letters to see how best to help me, which I appreciate. I also spoke with another GP (didn't catch her name) a couple of weeks ago; she was also pretty clued up and thorough. The receptionists are also top notch and so was the GP pharmacist when he called about my nutritional support. Thank you so much for taking some of the stress out of moving 400 miles!

I've been a patient at Three Spires for 5 years, and have almost always had consistently good service, especially in a time when other GP practices aren't so great.

All the GPs who I've seen are caring, professional and great at referring when needed. All the staff, phlebotomists, receptionists, have been very accomodating when I have asked for things: E.g: having prescriptions collected at reception instead of my pharmacy, collecting blood labels.

Everyone works very hard to help their patients. Would definitely recommend as a GP practice.
