Me and our son have an amazing time at Hayleys baby Yoga classes. The classes help to keep me fit whilst giving Jackson some time to play with other babies. He particularly enjoys listening to the parents singing songs whist encouraging baby to move and we then sing these songs at home.

Me and my son attending baby yoga at Cannock Children’s Center. We loved every session, it became our new Tuesday ritual. Hayley is so gently spoken and after the session my son would sleep for hours. He was so relaxed. I would 100% recommend to anyone. I wish Hayley did more in the school holidays though as sometimes there can be quite a large gap without any sessions due to it only being on term time! Thankyou Hayley, I wish my son didn’t have to grow up so fast so we could still come ? xx

We absolutely loved the baby yoga classes with Hayley! She was so welcoming and so easy to talk to, and it was a really nice relaxed environment to chat together with the other mums. The classes were great for the babies as they left tired but also gave mums a chance to have a good relaxing stretch. My only regret is not starting them earlier 🙂

Pregnancy yoga was very calming, gentle, with time allocated for group reflection and affirmations. Baby yoga class was lovely sensory experience for baby, and a calming, gentle workout for myself. Hayley is very zen which helps to soothe the senses.

Myself and my son attended baby yoga run by Hayley on a regular basis in
2023. We first went when my son was around 8 weeks old. Hayley is very welcoming and her classes are relaxed but engaging for both adults and babies. We both enjoyed attending and would look forward to the class each week, we miss it now my maternity leave has come to an end. This was definitely one of the better baby groups that we attended and I would highly recommend this group to others.

Everything! When I came across Nurture & Bloom I was taken back by the choice of classes. The Bath Babies class stood out as totally different & I still haven’t seen anything else like it.

The venue was accessible & the babies absolutely loved the sensory room! Hayley was really welcoming, which was lovely for a first time mum attending her first ever class. The class itself was really great fun & we loved the different weekly themes, songs and bath activities. It made each week different & exciting. My daughter loved the bath time & massages as well & we’ve been doing these at home.

Lastly I love how you can take the class at your own pace. My daughter sometimes wouldn’t be ready to get in the bath or would want to come out early & this is absolutely fine.

Thank you Hayley for an amazing 5 weeks. We will definitely be booking onto more classes with you.

We attended the baby massage class and loved it. Hayley is a fantastic teacher, and puts so much effort into making the classes such a lovely experience for babies and parents. It’s a lovely venue at Rugeley- really nice sensory room. Not too big a class so you can get to know the other parents and babies. We have booked to do a different course with Hayley already!
