Diane attended to speak at our charity Good Health Day event. We are a small charity called Jigsaw Events supporting adults with learning disabilities. She was great with her communication prior to the event and on the day was friendly and approachable in her delivery of menopause information to the audience. She adapted her style accordingly to make it more accessible and easy to understand and welcomed questions and feedback. We all enjoyed it and felt more informed about the menopause. Had my first initial consultation last week. The week before I’d had my bloods taken at home, everything about the booking and arranging was seamless and easy and the nurse that came to my home was friendly and professional. The consultation last week was amazing. Diane is so knowledgable and professional yet very easy to talk to . She was so reassuring and I felt I didn’t need to justify or explain my symptoms as she understood them so well. The prescription ordering and delivery was quick and easy I would highly recommend a chat at least with Diane if you are in any way confused about what oath to take. Easy and compassionate service from initial contact to end result.

If it wasn't for Diane helping me get my hormones aligned, then I wouldn't be able to work, function, be in a loving relationship and live a good healthy life.

It was great to meet Diane. She listened to everything I had to say about all of the symptoms I was experiencing, and then explained thoroughly about menopause and HRT and what options were available to me. Just to be listened to and understood in itself was huge for me and I felt so much better for it, but to properly understand menopause and HRT treatments was great too. I thoroughly recommend Bourne2care for anyone struggling with menopause, Diane is so knowledgeable and the service she offers is excellent.
