Went on 28th April following a dog bite, was dealt in a timely manner by everyone who dealt with me from reception to triage, x ray and finally the nurse who expertly dressed my hand and offered me advice. I couldn’t have had a better experience! We are so lucky to have this service 10/10! Thank you all x

A sincere thank you to the nurse that works on minor ops department - Penny. She dressed my leg after a painful burn. She was excellent. Kind, caring, empathetic, excellent nursing skills, and dealt with me in a holistic manner. Everything that a nurse should be. An absolute credit to her profession and the hospital. Thank you for your kindness.

Brilliant experience after cutting myself, went twice to get dressing changed. Informed that MIU is to be closed at weekends! What a disgrace the staff are caring polite & working in a tough environment providing the highest care to the community.

Great disabled parking area right at the main entrance. Electric charge here too. My appointment was 1825 so clearly outpatient longer hours to try to catch up the backlog. Well done to the staff, but they are still forced to work with Covid safety measures. Mask and hand sanitizer are easy and quick for patients. However limiting the appointments to 3 or four an hour in each clinic is perhaps an area that could be reviewed in all the NHS.

Hospital cleanliness here is almost beyond reproach, and all the staff I encountered were both very helpful and polite. Also the medical staff seemed competent and knowledgeable. An easy 6/5 from me

Just want to give a shout out to the Opthalmology department, all of the nurses have been super helpful and kind and deserve all of our support. Even though I told them I'm going private they still took the time to call me and discuss my care to make sure I am making the right decision, honestly watching them get demonised by the press and government really breaks my heart because I've never met people who are more deserving of our kindness and our taxes then they are. I really hope they get all of the recognition and respect they deserve because they have earned it in spades. Thank you ❤️
