Struggle to even get GP appointment. Surgery not fit for purpose. Applied for transfer to another one after being registered for 3 years and received nothing but frustration.
Avoid at any cost.

I honestly thought that this practice could not get any worse from my last review but they have not failed to do just that. This new online booking system is a total failure and the staff on the other end of the phone are unhelpful and ignorant! This practice as it currently stands is no longer fit for purpose and has no regard whatsoever to duty of care to patients. Complaint has been filed to one of the managers and also to our local MP because the service this practice should be providing is not there anymore!

Beyond ridiculous, they have made mistakes with my prescription for antidepressants three potentially four times consecutively now. It’s near impossible to get an appointment with them unless you go there at eight AM in person. I have had to take days off just to have them fix mistakes THEY made.

I requested a telephone appt with a lady Dr through the Florey app and received a telephone appt with Dr Brown the following morning. I found her manner to be very empathic and understanding.

I was called for the seasonal Covid Booster yesterday at Carcroft Health Centre early evening. I had to do a laundry wash this morning as my shirt had blood spots on it when I took it off last night. This has never happened to me before and is the first and last time I would use this facility. To request shirts be removed for vaccination and then allow people to leave bleeding is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Appalling service.

The doctors working here are quite sweet and have always helped me. BUT, the reception are disgusting. They are rude and useless.

You can’t call up to book appointments as the telephone line has a limit on how many can be in the queue. But once you get close to number 1, the call will just drop (from personal experience). If you don’t get in that queue, your phone won’t even ring and it will say ‘line busy’.

The online app which they requested people start using awhile back has now been forgotten and it’s absolutely awful.

The best way to book appointments with them is to personally go face to face and discuss it with their reception. HOWEVER, your appointment will be booked for at least a month ahead of time. So if it’s urgent, please go to A&E for your own safety.

This doctors is my local doctors and I am ashamed it even exists. I have been going here all my life and I’m now 18. It used to be very good but it is now dreadful. The staff are inconsiderate and lazy.

Keeps calling me saying I’ve got appointment when I don’t even live in that part of England. Tried sorting out the issue and it still hasn’t been solved. Staff are useless on the phone. God knows what the actual service would be if I actually had them as my GP.
