From the first consultation with karl he put my mind at ease after I’d been contemplating having a hair transplant done for a while. So after he talked me through everything i finally decided to take that step and book it in to have it done. After the op the aftercare from Kerry for the next 4 weeks was absolutely fantastic always available no matter what time of day it was for any advice I needed. Would highly recommend .

Karl and his team (I dealt with Kerry) are absolute professionals in their field. They looked after me form the moment that I enquired about a transplant and walked me through every stage of prior and post operation.

The surgery itself was carried out in Manchester and I was made to feel comfortable on the day, with all questions answered thoroughly. The surgery itself took ~5-6 hours and I was driving home by about 3pm, which shows that it is not too arduous of a procedure.

Kerry and Karl then walked me through the aftercare programme and I had very regular conversations with them. I was able to give progress updates and get feedback as often as I wished and even now, 6 months on, they are still checking in.

Sounds almost cliched but this transplant gave me so much confidence back and I no longer even think about my hair, just happy to have it back!

I have been toying with the idea of a hair transplant for a good few years but once I spoke to Scott @ Now Hair Studio I knew I was in the right place and took the plunge. I’m glad I did as my early results are encouraging. It’s a nerve wracking experience on the day but Scott was always there with guidance and a positive word! The aftercare and attention to detail is superb, nothing is too much trouble and the turnaround times on queries being answered is superb. I’m at the end of my initial 14 day recovery period and couldn’t be more positive. The communication was excellent from start finish. Kerry was excellent at discussing the procedure and the options prior to booking and I was provided with lots of pre-surgery advice which helped me get best organised for the day. Payment was easy and available on 3 parts (booking deposit, week before and on the day). The aftercare was next level. Daily instructions were discussed over the phone and sent through WhatsApp so I was never in doubt as to my recovery progress and what I needed to do on each day. Kerry was always available to answer any questions and discuss beneficial supplementary steps I can do to aid my procedure. I felt looked after start to finish. Thank you very much. Looking forward to my final result.

Right from the get go Scott gives you all the info and doesnt push you in to anything. Every message question no matter what that may be is answered straight away! The whole process has been great from start to finish. I am seeing great progress already. As everyone i imagine they feel quite apprehensive about getting a hair transplant and debating if it is really worth it and if it is going to work. Scott from the start was brilliant and very calm and proffesional and reassured me and didnt push me into getting a hair transplant and gave me all the information i needed around the transplant.
On the day you arrive and everyone was welcoming and lovely. The pain is not as bad as everyone makes out. You just have to get through the first 5-10 minutes then you can barely feel anything.
You also just need to get used to being in the same position for such a long time.
Once the procedure is finished Kerry who is great rings you everyday and tell you what to do. scott are kerry have been awesome and are always free to talk about any worries.
I cant recommend using these guys they have been great throughout
I just hope the hair grows back how i want now.

The aftercare from Now hair was exemplary, yes the surgery went well but it’s the aftercare which is just as vital and I never felt I was on this journey alone..

From the first consultation with Scott to the team at Manchester to the wonderful Kerry everything went as smooth as possible and as planned.

Speaking to Kerry Post OP nearly everyday and keeping her updated with photos helped me so much in recovering. She made everything such a breeze and helped me every step of the way.
