It’s so hard to get an appointment to even discuss something OVER THE PHONE. Even when you do, they give you a date but no time of day when they’ll call you so good luck planning your day out. They don’t care about your time, worst GP experience I’ve ever had but I have no choice really. Don’t register with them unless you want someone to disrespect your time.

I rarely visit the doctor, but have reached the age where I need to get things checked out. I would like to say from the the receptionists, to Dr Ken to the nurses (including the student) the experience was first rate. A no time did I feel that I was under time pressure, all questions were answered and tests booked or undertaken there and then. I have been with this surgery since I have lived in Canterbury and have always found the service excellent.

Absolutely deplorable. The level of explanation demanded by the utterly appalling and disgusting attitude receptionists is profoundly unacceptable. I have not been able to secure an appointment because I am not able to discuss my serious issues with a complete stranger. This is a complete violation of my privacy and patient confidentiality. As a result my health and stress levels have gotten considerably worse. I am changing practices. Never imagined it would fall this low. Its disgusting. Sick and disgusting attitude too. Zero compassion.

Absolutely appalling care and invasive interrogation from receptionists. You cannot get an appointment AT ALL, unless you give your full symptoms to an untrained receptionist. Even when I explained the general area, and that I was concerned and considered it urgent, I was still refused an appointment within a MONTH, until I disclosed my full symptoms to a stranger. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Shocking how low this practice has sunk to with regard to patient care.

I called the Canterbury health care centre.for two days Do dial with my six years old daughter mouth infection, sore throat and high fever, they referred my to pharmacy's they took my number twice 8:30 in the morning an after 12:30 I was waiting all day to get the phone call but nobody was contacted me!! I went to pharmacies by myself when I showed them the photo of my daughters infection they told me we don't have this kind of medication for ages, I went to triage they said they are fully booked until midnight. They do not have any available Dr to see your daughter. The next day I called the Canterbury Health Centre I told them the situation they arrange an appointment after two days. The appointment was 11:15 but I saw the doctor with my daughter around 12:30 The doctor referred some medicine and told to bring her back after two days because of her health situation wasn't ok. The Receptionist , they just want to get rid of many people as much as they can, but for vulnerable people, it's not fair specially for six years old kids in this kind of situation.

Been with this practice for donkeys years, The care you receive has fallen off a cliff! The GP I was under for a couple of decades simply can't be bothered to keep his appointments with his patients. His neglect made my wife desperatly ill. That was the final straw for us.

Sick and tired of the uselessness of this surgery I suffer back neck and leg pains and once again I am in agony all day waiting for them to send my painkiller prescription to the pharmacy as for the staff at reception useless all of them fed up of this place but it's the only surgery next to my home this needs to be sorted out

I became a patient of this surgery over 20 years ago, Dr Kuhnen has been my doctor all this time. I have seen other doctors in this time if he has been on holiday etc. As far as I am concerned both my wife who was a nurse for 50+ years think this is the best surgery we have seen. I have never known any one to be rude in our time at all. Thank you all you are 1st rate. Also I every on this.
