I was first drawn to Therapie Clinic due to the special offers for laser hair removal. It was always something that I wanted to do but had thought of as too expensive. The staff at Therapie Clinic, Canterbury are very welcoming. In particular, Sydney whom I regularly see. I appreciated her thorough explanation on what to expect in terms of results and care for the skin before and after laser hair removal sessions. Despite having laser on my intimate areas, I am able to feel at ease due to Sydney's proffesionalism and approachable manner. She always checks in with me to ensure the process isn't too uncomfortable. Overall, I've had a brilliant experience. I am spending a lot less time shaving now, and with more sessions in the future, I look forward to seeing more fantastic results.

Yesterday, I was looking around to get a really good deal for LHR since it’s Black Friday, and I came across Therapie Clinic online. I booked myself for consultation first today together with Therascan and I was very happy to have it done. In the morning, I received a courtesy call from Marie, and meeting all the staff in the clinic was very lovely. I had the LHR consultation with Marie, and I received a really good deal on the areas I wanted to be treated. Then, I had the Therascan with Jess who was very knowledgeable about the procedure and the products that I may be needing for my face/skin. Afterwards, they asked me when do I want to be booked for LHR, but also have offered me a slot on the same day in which I went for. They let me prepped and made me feel at ease. Jess did my LHR and she was very nice and friendly. I was given the post LHR care and instructed to use specific products for the treated areas. Overall, I had a really good experience and I’m looking forward for the next session booked in January 2025! Thank you.

I've been coming to the therapy clinic in Canterbury for a few years now I started in Bluewater branch but moved over to Canterbury. All staff are very welcoming and friendly and professional. However when using the booking system online I always select Tegan, I would like to say how friendly and comfortable she makes me feel, she is very professional and puts me at ease she always answers any questions I have. Because of Tegan I would not book with anyone else. She is a true credit to the team. I get fully body laser hair removal and occasionally get facials done at your store. It's great and clean environment.

The results have been amazing the photos taken have certainly helped me believe it has worked. Seeing them I cried as the difference was amazing and I was stunned.
Looking in the mirror I was convinced otherwise until I went for my half way through check up and then my 3 month one. I did have too lots of cool sculpturing and now been having my inner thighs.
Once I have saved I planned to exilis, to boost my confidence in how I feel about my body.

Very disappointed!
Started laser treatment in 2022 with Therapie clinic and I was very impressed, they were attentive and I had great confidence in them yet this didn’t last long. There has been no communication from staff, only unwelcoming, judgemental, apathetic responses when attending over the last few years. When addressing the above and questions or queries with staff regarding my treatments or appointments all has been dismissed and overlooked with no consideration.
I would not go to Therapie clinic again if I was to start the treatment process over, or recommend it to anyone else!
