I have had 2 treatments now, my first was with Bex. She quickly identified where on my body I was in serious need of help and talked me through the best treatments that would benefit me. I had a shoulder massage and cupping therapy and felt instant relief and slept SO well that night. My second treatment was with Jack and he continued with the progress from my first visit. He worked on the areas in my shoulders that were in pain and explained exactly why he was doing what he was doing. Their knowledge as therapists is amazing and you know instantly that you’re in good hands. The improvement in my neck and shoulders after 2 treatments is crazy and I’m already really looking forward to my next visit!
