I would love to leave this review for Lesley as I have been working with her on and off now since 2022. She has really really helped me more than words can say, there’s times where I feel like ‘is this normal’ ‘am I crazy’ and Lesley just explains everything so perfectly and tries a variety of different techniques which is really reassuring. She knows her stuff that’s for SURE! You can see how much she cares about her clients and to be honest she is very refreshing to speak to and when speaking to her I always have a sense of hope that things will get better. I am very grateful to have found her and can 100% say that she has helped me massively which I’ll forever be thankful for. So I would definitely recommend Lesley any day of the week! She reminds me of a ray of sunshine, she is so caring and so nice to speak to and I am so glad I am comfortable to be able to 100% open up to her and not feel as crazy. I have grown to have a lot of trust for Lesley and as I said very grateful. Thank you so much Lesley!

I would highly recommend Lesley White who has helped me through an extremely tough year. Anyone who has gone through grief and anxiety, will understand the despair and heartbreak and the feeling that things will never get better. Lesley helped me through this and I am pleased to say (in the nicest possible way) that I no longer need Lesley at this time. I know that if I ever need to check in again, that she will be there for me. Sending a massive thank you x
