I went to Bex after getting an injury training for a half marathon. This completely stopped me running which of course was super frustrating when you’re half way through training!

Bex managed to work some super magic skills with acupuncture, sports massage and a plan so not only did she get me back up and running again, I also still managed to run the half marathon!

Bex is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I would very highly recommend her?

Bex is amazing. I suffer from a trapped nerve in my back and she does acupuncture and sports massage and it just disappears. She really does know her stuff. I always have lots of injuries and she fixes me up each time. My favorite is her sports massage, she is one strong lady and makes you feel so much better afterwards. I would 100% recommend her.

Bex is very thoughtful and caring in the way she assess your injury and recommends the best therapy to get your injury fixed. With a depth of knowledge treating rugby players and other sports performance, she is well placed to help. Her range of treatments cover post knee replacement surgery (my treatment), accupunture, through to all aspects of musculoskeletal problems. Highly recommend.

Bex has treated me for the best part of 10 years for a vast array of injuries, mainly caused by Rugby. Without her detailed knowledge and commitment to get me on the pitch, my body would have broken down a long, long time ago. I owe a good few years of pain free exercise to Bex!

I had an elbow injury which Bex sorted with acupuncture. I had never had it before and it worked wonders. I have had No issues since. Bex was very friendly and listened to the symptoms and got it straight away. The experience was so good she is now helping my wife with long term back issues with acupuncture , sports massage and exercises.

Fantastic treatment and lot's of follow on advice. After just three visit's for a back injury i was sorted and haven't had to go back. But for any future injuries i know where I will be heading. I would recommend RHL to everyone.
