I have a membership with optimise and it's the best thing I have ever done.
Everyone is really friendly and professional. Amy and Alice are always happy to see us and welcome us with a smile and a brew. Lewis the massage therapist is amazing, I followed him here from another chiropractor and I'm happy I did, he is always thorough and eases any niggles and pains that I have helping to rid me of chronic headaches and shoulder pain. My partner sees Ellie the osteopath who really cares about her patients, she makes time to do postural reviews and makes sure the treatments are working and the stretches and physio are also the best possible for his care. It's nice to have treatments that last longer than usual chiropractic adjustments and she also incorporates massage into her treatment to ease adjustments. I would 100% recommend for anyone suffering with their joints and headaches.

I used to suffer with lower back pain that was so excruciating that I couldn’t even walk or perform daily tasks but it is all sorted now since I’ve started having treatments couple years ago. Ellie is amazing and always make you feel fantastic after an adjustment. It is such a lovely environment in her new shop too, from a friendly smile when you walk in til feeling great when you leave. I have been having treatment from Ellie for about 4.5 years now. Ellie is very professional and explains everything you need to know in an easy to understand way. She is always happy to accommodate you, whether you need to change your session or book an extra one. Ellie is very welcoming to my children when they have to come along with me too and will ask after them each time I visit.
Amy is wonderful at the front of house. She always greets you with a lovely big smile and is happy to help with any questions you may have.
They are a fantastic duo and I would never go anywhere else!

Ellie has sorted out my very wonky posture, Will is now referred to simply as the magician in our house, Beth and Maddie are both amazing.
