Absolutely a disgrace my partner doesn’t ever go but today l rang for an appointment because he has worked through the pain in his hand and two weeks for a face appointment so they said he can go to a walk in centre in Widnes.He went there and there was no doctor. Also when he has been to Eric Moore because they had sent a text message they said they haven’t so he showed them his phone and they had . That practice is not mine but it’s a disgrace

Been with the Surgery since 2016 , always been taken well care of , Reception staff very friendly and helpful , prompt responses & appointments Seen many of the Doctors and never once had a bad experience with any of them , most recently I’ve been seeing Dr Choudhary on multiple appointments, very easy to talk to and listens intently, very through with his explanations leaving you with good peace of mind. I would give no stars if I could. Constantly getting my repeat medication wrong, or I don't get it at all. Specialist from the hospital put in new medication requests. They ignore or refuse the request. The staff on reception are incredibly rude and call you a liar. Do NOT USE THESE DOCTORS

Amazing service, put a e-form in early in the morning, had a phone call and came in for a face to face appointment within 20 mins of the call. So brilliant that they are open till 8pm as I work 9-5!

I have been with Eric Moore practice for many years. The practice offers more than most, and received an outstanding from the NHS. The practice has a rule to try and employ local people to work there wherever possible, again it’s Eric Moore supporting our community. The practice is a forward thinking surgery and are bringing new things in all for the benefit of the community. I personally find all the staff to be very patient kind and considerate. I think what we need to remember is that, when we are told there may not be an appointment available, it is because all appointments have been taken. Nobody is to blame for this especially the reception staff. If it wasn’t for Dr Kumar and others I know I wouldn’t be here today and for that I will be forever grateful. Eric Moore supports and services our community, and we all should support our Dr’s and staff at Eric Moore
