Two appointments with the Community Dental Network at The Baths H&W Centre. Firstly for an assessment then for surgery. On both occasions the reception staff, dental assistants & the dentist were efficient, helpful, informative & professional.
I am very grateful to be able to have this NHS service provided free of charge.

What is the point of a walk in centre which doesn’t open at weekends? This is not offering an alternative to A&E. Come on Warrington get your act together!

I recently had an appointment with the Orthopaedic Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (OCATS). The Orthopaedic Specialist Physiotherapist was superb and his happy professional demeanor put me at ease. Whilst I was with him he referred me to Radiology for further investigation. The following day I had a phone call from Radiology to discuss the next step. As I have a pacemaker a risk assessment has to be made. The Reception Staff were polite and friendly; I am extremely happy with my experience.

The following day on the website Bath Street said they were open. You go through press here press there and then the phone goes dead. Useless service

One of the receptionist on the desk Is not very friendly or helpful at all. I went in today, no disabled spaces, before when there as been no spaces have been told to let receptionist know ive parked to the side where it says patient pick up,and give reg of my car. I spoke to the person, her response was, why are you telling me its noting to do with me. Its not there carpark, if you get a park a ticket it's your fault for parking there. How rude. It's not the first time she as been rude to me. Lucky for her I didn't say anything back.

I have needed to attend this clinic on several occasions this year for blood to be taken for testing and have always found all the staff extremely professional and courteous. I attended today and due to a misunderstanding found that I wasn't booked in to the correct clinic. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to arrange for me to be seen and blood was taken. Many thanks to her and the nurse who took the blood.
