After great difficulty booking an appointment with a GP, I completed a form on Patches and received a phone call the next day. Doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good advice. I think it is very disappointing that patients can’t access a face to face appointment with a GP.
It is extremely difficult to speak to someone at the surgery as they are now using an answer service. The people who answer do not have the information needed so it is a complete waste of time. Significantly worse since the practice joined with the Community Hospital Practice. The only member of the administration team who gives excellent service is Kerry.

I had two appointments: one with the nurse for my babies’ immunisation and one with the GP. As my first appointment was cancelled due to sickness, I politely asked if the GP could facilitate the vaccinations himself as it is really difficult for me to take time off work, and they REFUSED..
To be fair, one star is too much for their service.

Had a phone call off the doctor. It only rang 3 times. So rang surgery they said would tell doctor. Then got tex saying. he as not got time to phone me back.i have been waiting 3 weeks for these test results. They have given me one phone call for Monday. I am a seventy four year old man.that can't move as quick.

The doctor rang me at the appointment time and explained some recent x-ray results in a way that I could understand clearly. He explained my treatment and follow on steps that would be taken. I was perfectly happy with this call.

Couldn’t get on the e consult so rang. Had to tell the receptionist all about my problem , asked for a call back from a dr. The next call back was a week on Friday ! Nobody rang me so I’m going to have to call again on Monday … I just need to be referred for a scan for my neck and spine as I’ve had to pay for a chiropractor as I couldn’t get to see a dr . The chiropractor has said I have symptoms of whip lash? But I’ve been in pain now for 10 months .
