The whole family is registered at this gp centre and we’ve always had a positive experience with the care provided. However recently my wife came across a very bad situation with one of the receptionists. My wife complained about it and it was escalated to the practice manager, Joanne Clark. Not only did Joanne respond immediately to the complaint but she diligently followed up with my wife to reassure her that the complaint was being dealt with and she also provided reassurance on the solutions that will be put in place so that another patient doesn’t have to go through what my wife went through in the future. This review is to appreciate Joanne’s amazing service as well as kindness. We lost a bit of confidence in the practice after what happened to my wife but Joanne restored that trust in us and we are very grateful to her.

This practice has been absolutely shocking recently. Impossible to get an appointment at 8am, impossible to get a future appointment, unable to speak to a GP through online consultation.

I have no idea how older or more vulnerable patients survive with this practice, it is extremely difficult to get the help you need.

Always friendly and helpful. Jacquie in particular has been amazing at putting me at ease with what is usually a very difficult blood draw! All of the nurses at the practice are phenomenal, the Dr's are supportive and thorough, and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this practice.

Rachel the and another lady cant remember name i rang on 15th may so im sure they will no who i mean they work on reception spoke to me like a I wasn't human I've got fowler syndrome and I've had a fall so bed bound ATM think they need to read up on fowler because I did not deserve that kerry and the lad behind reception are amazing but kerry is the only nice woman I'm hurt on how these 2 lady's treated me

The best surgery we could have wished for. We used a couple of surgeries in the past and had bad experience but this one is incomparable to others. So friendly and helpful receptionists and doctors as well. Always have been referred wherever we needed without being asked why. Responds very quickly to all queries. Easy to catch them on phone as well. Highly recommend.

Every single time I come to this GP practice, I am always called in late with no apology from the nurses/doctors. Though it states, if patients are late they won’t be seen. I have had to wait a whole month for my appointment today! I understand that there is a shortage, but I have noticed such a long gap before the nurses call in the next patient.

Please do better!

Joke of a GP been waiting 3 months for a referral not had any medication while I've been waiting. Definitely recommend if you like to suffer with zero help from your GP.
