I was kindly offered one2one counselling here during lockdown. I am extremely grateful to the team who were kind and considerate, especially in extreme circumstances. And my Councillor especially helped me with accepting and moving on from a life changing event.

I booked in for 3 nights. And had a wonderful time, the staff brought me 4 cheesburger and a large stick of butter. However I did order NO PICKLES. Hense my star review. HENCE forth I WILL recoMMEND this PLACE however DO NOT order the FLAME IN YON, as it contains MORE THAN 14 CALORIES. ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE, DONE.

They were very friendly and sympathetic. In two days, they managed to do what Warrington Housing couldn't do in two years. Update. However, that turned out not to be the case. These people are sly, compulsive liar, dishonest, disrespectful, but most of all shockingly unethical. They are very dismissive, and when confronted, they talk to you as they are superior and look down on you because vulnerable

they hardly helped me with anything, they lie and make out they are this great company when the only thing they help with is getting you a roof over your head. they put you with groups of criminals and don’t listen to any problems you have. me and my friends have experienced the same things.

Terrible attitude towards patients with mental health making them have a brake down over the phone then ending the call. This company is not out to help anyone and if you dealing with this company don't expect the help you need

Don’t understand how these are still running. Kick people out for literally having family come round after place has been broken into without any warning anything. Disgusting manager makes 6 digits a month just kicks people out and lies through there teeth
