i cant praise all the staff enough outstanding caring people i have a severe blood phobia i had my bloods done yesterday the young lady who did it was amazing i never felt a thing thank you. also isobel who would go above and beyond to help you i cant thank enough also every doctor ive ever seen here have been great a massive thank you once again

I would like to thank all the fantastic team at Kings lane medical centre, receptionist’s Nurse Isobel, and both the Drs who acted so swiftly and professionally last Friday October 18th when my daughter had a medical crisis while attending, you were all amazing we cannot thank you enough, the paramedics were outstanding as well, sincere thanks from Denise, Ian and Naomi Stewart

Such a brilliant surgery. All the staff are super helpful and friendly and the medical and admin team get back to you quickly and efficiently.
Sheena on the front desk, and Gel the Practice Nurse are a credit to this surgery and the wider NHS.
Communication is excellent too with text alerts to inform you of any issues or possible barriers to their services.
I’m very impressed so far with every aspect of this surgery.

Its always easy to complain but equally we must acknowledge good service too. Today the surgery waiting room was calm, appointments were in time, and all staff were engaging and approachable. Thank You All. It was nice to walk away from surgery feeling I'd been well looked after, 5•+

This is normally very good, but recently Its been impossible to get an appointment, I called in today at 8am was on hold for 20minutes just to be told "there on no appointments left for at least 2 weeks but try calling back tomorrow"

I am 74 and told to ring for an appointment at 8am, so I do waiting for ages to get though, to be told there are no appointments left, it is better if you come in person at 8 am, it’s a joke. As have said I am 74, I can’t get there that time in the morning, and what do people who go work have to do, to get an appointment ? Shambles. The system needs to be changed.

Recently moved to Bebington and can only give 5 stars. From the reception staff to the medical staff I have been greeted by nothing but kindness. Even having a physician taking time out of their day to leave me voicemails checking that I am ok after appointments. Thank you so much.
