I Can’t praise this home highly enough..After a very bad experience at another care home,the contrast was incredible!
The staff,both men and women are empaththic, compassionant with a wonderful sense of humour.
The care is first class. Showing respect and curtesy at all times. I’m always made welcome even during the busiest times….The food is plentiful, and of a high standard.
This standard of care is created by Menelyn, the manageress. She has high expectations of her staff, and of herself. She has created the atmosphere where everyone can thrive.The humour, is never far away, and there is warmth and a genuine interest in everyone’s well being.
As the old saying goes… its like “Home From Home.”.

It's never a chore to visit a dear friend here. The home is warm, and staff are so friendly. It's not a silent, cold place where you can never find anyone, it exudes kindness and care. Spotlessly clean with lots of activities for residents. We'll done all of you xx
